Terminally ill Europe spends time with her vampiric Man Machine, with whom she’s in a sadomasochistic relationship. At the same time, the employees in a medical institute are subjected to the forces of totalitarian rule. Outside is a snow-covered wasteland. When a stranger bursts in, the torment ramps up.
