Policewoman Marjolaine Coppola (Catherine Beauchemin) is looking for her sister, who has been kidnapped the same night their parents were murdered. Those responsible are believed to be working for Franz DeMann (Peter Seaborne), the megalomaniac businessman who is trying to become mayor of Ridgway City. Following an attempt on his life, the young woman finds herself teamed up with Tie Man (Jérémie Earp), a shadowy vigilante who was victimized by the same man, and who has only one thing on his mind: REVENGE!

Tie Man is a psychotronic dark comedy that flirts with the grotesque and the codes of genre films. Action, gore, politically incorrect jokes, all in a vintage look of a VHS from the bottom shelf at the video store. An uncompromising proposition that assumes its B-movie influences and build a unique and surprising universe with each episode. Tie Man is a sort of mix of the R-rated anti-heroes of the 80s and 90s, such as Robocop, Toxic Avenger or Darkman, but with a touch of modernity in its themes and visuals.
