Elizabeth, a proud sex worker and burlesque dancer, begins to question her choices after meeting a new client with a disability who challenges her perception of intimacy. She shares her doubts with her roommate and friend Caroline, who disapproves of her growing empathy. Junna Chif’s debut film approaches sexuality and disability with sensitivity and respect. Nadia Essadiqi brings depth and nuance to a character caught between self-discovery and social judgment.
